Getting his professional start at ADP, Liam Baker became a master at customer support and guiding clients through small business exception payroll services. He was committed to learning and growing, and mentored by Maxwell Post (a Sr. Loan Originator) and Burke Purcell (Branch Manager), he joined the Bank of England team as a Loan Originator. Ever since then, he has maintained his passion for learning, striving each day to become more effective at serving borrowers and making their experience with Bank of England productive and memorable. He tailors his service to everyone he meets, going above and beyond to help set them up for long-term success.
Liam focuses on construction and renovation lending, along with down payment assistance loans. He takes a special pride in supporting those who believe they do not have sufficient credit and figuring out what they need to do in order to achieve a credit score that will qualify them for the loan they want. His enthusiasm for the mortgage industry is clear, and he pays close attention to details in his day-to-day work, directing all his resources both tangible and mental to putting his clients into homes that they can build their lives in and be proud to call their own. Struggling to find a home, coming up short in their research, or frustrated with the process, no client is hopeless in his view.
Liam earned his Bachelor's Degree at Coastal Carolina University.
